ideal base for exploring pattaya's vibrant attractions

my stay included a spacious room facing the swimming pool and it was only a short walk to the beach and the lively Walking Street, making it easy to explore the bustling city life while enjoying some relaxation time after my adventures.

The pool area offers plenty of space for relaxation and sunbathing. Staff at the reception seemed unwelcoming and unhelpful.

The spacious pool area was my favorite part.

The check-in process was a nightmare. I arrived late and had to deal with rude staff who didn't seem to care about my frustrations. The air conditioning in the lobby was non-existent. The lack of safety boxes in the room added to my anxiety throughout the stay.

Dined at Zaika Indian Restaurant just a stone's throw away, indulging in some serious spicy curries-absolute flavor explosions! The well-kept pool area was a blissful retreat after a day out and about.

The hotel swapped the central AC for a noisy air heat pump that works, albeit louder than before. Plus, no safety box in the room was a bit dodge, but at least there was one at reception.

The property was in the middle of the city.

Everything was good, the parking was onsite, the room was extremely spacious and well-designed. Appreciated climate control, cable television, and a mini fridge bar in the room. The staff were all outstandingly accommodating, efficient.

The setting is perfect and nice, very close to Pattaya center, Mike shopping mall and the coffee shop, safe area. The units are airy, beautifully maintained with now aircon.

A pleasant surprise by the pool

The Royal Palace Hotel offered a good stay. The staff's warmth and attentiveness, and the pool area was a peaceful escape after exploring. I was thrilled with my clean, spacious room overlooking the beautiful pool. The hot water and pressure in the bathroom were consistently excellent, appreciated after long days.

I faced a few inconveniences . The breakfast variety was limited, with the same offerings each day. The lack of in-room safety boxes felt a bit off. While these issues affected the experience, they did not overshadow the positives.

Good breakfast. Large pool, lots of sun beds, spacious, lots of greenery, very convenient location.

the hotel was original with delicious breakfasted and a magnificent location to all activity in pattaya. the room was beautifully maintained and had an excellent view of the ocean. the beds were large as were the pillows. location: the venue was just off many indian restaurant, drug store and beach, malls and night life.

The pool area is expansive and well-maintained, perfect for lounging after a long day. The large swimming pool offers a refreshing retreat and the free Wi-Fi works seamlessly were good.

Rooms lack in-room safety boxes, which can be a hassle, but the ones at reception do the trick. The air conditioning has been swapped out for a noisier heat pump, and the breakfast atmosphere isn't exactly energetic. There's a peculiar policy charging 300 Baht for any guests visiting the room, which seems a bit off for a place looking to cater to social interactions.

The pool area was well-maintained and a refreshing retreat after a long day of exploring Pattaya.

There were minor maintenance issues like a faulty intercom in my room, which wasn't fixed properly .

They need to work out on there room rated during off-pick seasons.
